Frischer Wind im Sommersemester

Das ist der neue Gemeinderat!

Das Semester ist in vollem Gange, auch in der KSG bewegt sich einiges, darum möchten wir euch unseren neuen Gemeinderat vorstellen! Nach unserer Klausurtagung im April haben wir uns am 27. April zur ersten Gemeinderatssitzung getroffen, um die Weichen für die kommenden Monate zu stellen.

Wer macht was? Die neuen Gesichter im GR

Wahlen gehören dazu und wir freuen uns, euch unser neues Team für das Sommersemester vorzustellen:

Sprecherinnen-Duo: Manon & Marina übernehmen gemeinsam den Vorsitz des Gemeinderats
Außenministerin: Matilda vertritt uns nach außen und vernetzt uns mit anderen KSGen
Finanzministerin: Miriam hat ein kleines Budget für spontane Ausgaben und wird den Etat für 2027 miterstellen
Vertrauensstudierende: Miriam & Lukas B. sind ab sofort eure Anlaufstellen, wenn ihr Sorgen habt oder einfach jemanden zum Reden braucht (mehr Infos)
Haushofmeisterin: Johanna behält ein Auge auf die KSG-Räume und kümmert sich darum, dass immer genug Getränke im Kühlschrank stehen und die Pflanzen gegossen werden

Wir wollen außerdem Jessica willkommen heißen, die seit April bei uns ist und sich gerade in die Verwaltung einarbeitet. Außerdem freuen wir uns, dass Nicole ab August die KSG mit einer 100 %-Stelle unterstützen wird!

Unsere neuen und aktuellen AKs

Wir wollen nicht nur verwalten, sondern gestalten. Deshalb haben sich direkt einige Arbeitsgruppen formiert, bei denen jede:r aus der Gemeinde herzlich willkommen ist. Schnappt euch ein Projekt, das euch Spaß macht:

⛪ AK Raumgestaltung: Wir überlegen, wie wir die KSG gemütlicher/praktischer gestalten. Wer Lust hat, Möbel zu rücken oder Ideen einzubringen, kann sich gern bei Lukas, Miriam oder Jakob melden.
🍦 AK Paradeis: Wir wollen mit dem offiziellen Eistruck des Erzbistums die Straßen Berlins unsicher machen und auf die KSG aufmerksam machen! Wer Lust hat, diese coole (und leckere) Aktion mitzuplanen, kommt super gerne in die Gruppe (Kontakt: Nicole).
🎨 AK Rollläden: Unsere Rollläden an der KSG haben dringend ein Upgrade verdient und sollen kreativ gestaltet werden. Bring deine Ideen ein und schreib Felix!
💻 Workflow & Medien: Du hast Lust auf Social Media, Website-Pflege oder digitale Öffentlichkeitsarbeit? Der bisherige Kreis öffnet sich für alle Interessierten.
🏛️ AK Besuch des Erzbischofs: Der Erzbischof kommt uns am 15. Juli in der KSG besuchen. Geplant sind eine kurze Andacht und eine anschließende Fragerunde. Dieser AK plant den Abend. Melde dich gern bei Marina oder Felix, wenn du mitmachen willst!

Euer Gemeinderat

The semester is in full swing, and things are moving forward in the KSG as well, which is why we would like to introduce our new Community Council to you! After our weekend retreat in April, we met for our first Community Council meeting on 27 April to set the course for the coming months.

Who does what? The new faces in the Council

Elections are part of the process, and we are happy to introduce our new team for the summer semester:

Student Representatives Duo: Manon & Marina are jointly taking over the chair of the Community Council
Outreach Coordinator: Matilda represents us externally and networks us with other KSGs
Finance Officer: Miriam has a small budget for spontaneous expenses and will help create the budget for 2027
Peer Support Students: Miriam & Lukas B. are from now on your points of contact if you have worries or just need someone to talk to (more info)
House Manager: Johanna keeps an eye on the KSG rooms and makes sure there are always enough drinks in the fridge and the plants are watered

We also want to welcome Jessica, who has been with us since April and is currently getting familiar with the administration. Furthermore, we are delighted that Nicole will be supporting the KSG with a 100% full-time position starting in August!

Our new and current Working Groups

We don’t just want to administer, we want to shape things. That’s why several working groups have formed right away, and everyone from the community is warmly welcome to join. Grab a project that sounds like fun to you:

⛪ WG Room Design: We are thinking about how to make the KSG more cozy and practical. If you feel like moving furniture or sharing ideas, feel free to get in touch with Lukas, Miriam, or Jakob.
🍦 WG ParadEIS: We want to hit the streets of Berlin with the official ice cream truck of the Archdiocese and draw attention to the KSG! If you’d like to help plan this cool (and delicious) campaign, you are more than welcome to join the group (Contact: Nicole).
🎨 WG Roller Shutters: Our roller shutters at the KSG urgently deserve an upgrade and are to be creatively designed. Bring in your ideas and write to Felix!
💻 Workflow & Media: Do you feel like doing social media, website maintenance, or digital public relations? This working group is opening up to anyone who is interested.
🏛️ WG Archbishop’s Visit: The Archbishop will visit us at the KSG on July 15th. A short devotion followed by a Q&A session is planned. This WG is planning the evening. Feel free to contact Marina or Felix if you want to join!
