DESCRIPTION:Take a little break and come to the Humboldthain\, a beautiful park next to the S-Bahn station Gesundbrunnen. We meet at 7 p.m. for a picnic. Please bring some food for everyone if possible. At 8 p.m. we start mindfulness exercises: how is it to walk barefoot through the grass? What noises do you hear? What comes to your mind when you try to think of nothing? And what exercise is the most relaxing for you?
